We are a network of Richfield, MN, parents, faith leaders, and neighbors dedicated to protecting and loving our neighbors. Our mission is to ensure every community member is safe and supported at home, school, and work, regardless of immigration status, socioeconomic status, age, race or ability.

We are looking for volunteers to assist with:

• Direct Support: Providing rides for students and families, running errands, and distributing donations.

• Field Action: Serving as constitutional observers during ICE activity, neighborhood/school patrol, and more.

• Behind the Scenes: Administrative support, mutual aid, and network coordination.

Whether you have a few hours or a specific skill to share, your involvement helps keep Richfield a safe, welcoming and stable home for everyone.

The first step to volunteering with us is to fill out our Volunteer Intake Form. You will then be vetted by volunteer verifiers, which includes calling a reference that can vouch for you or allowing full access to your Facebook profile, submitting to a public records search, and/or registering as a school volunteer through the district depending on your areas of interest. Once you are verified, we will provide more information via email and begin connecting you with opportunities.
